Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences by maintaining spotless, welcoming accommodations. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for transforming guest rooms into pristine retreats, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to excellence. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a memorable stay for every guest, fostering comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming carpets to uphold high cleanliness standards Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay Perform floor care tasks like mopping and polishing to maintain a spotless environment in all areas of the room Handle trash removal and linen changes efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols Conduct routine inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate tools and cleaning supplies to ensure consistency and quality Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests to exceed guest expectations and enhance overall satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and guest service principles is a plus A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest spaces into inviting sanctuaries.
