Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas in hotels, resorts, or other hospitality establishments
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces
• Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and bathrooms
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management
• Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing housekeeping tasks
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries promptly

Skills:

• Experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning procedures
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
