Hotel Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks. A commitment to providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
