Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels in accordance with hotel procedures. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to prevent contamination and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations to deliver a welcoming experience. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet extractors safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards consistently. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and walking throughout shifts.
