In this vital role, you will be the backbone of maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike. Your proactive approach to cleaning, floor care, and general upkeep will ensure that every space reflects the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while honing your skills in hospitality and custodial services. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and aesthetic standards Assist with hotel operations by managing linen supplies, restocking amenities, and supporting housekeeping staff as needed Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with attention to detail and efficiency Support industrial cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning projects and specialized sanitation procedures Ensure all custodial equipment is properly maintained and stored according to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to uphold a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction methods Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable Strong understanding of cleanliness standards and safety procedures in a commercial environment Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
