Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Care for floors through sweeping and mopping to ensure a spotless appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Manage kitchen duties including basic cooking assistance or meal prep if required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used safely according to safety protocols. Follow established procedures for janitorial tasks and custodial maintenance to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with housekeeper management tasks such as scheduling or reporting maintenance issues when necessary. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation practices. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations. Familiarity with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or linens efficiently. Experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
