This is a flexible opportunity designed for individuals who want to control their own schedule and workload. Contractors can take on as many or as few jobs as they prefer and select the days that best fit their availability (along with the client's request). Responsibilities Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards Complete assigned jobs within agreed-upon timeframes Communicate clearly regarding job status, scheduling, and any issues Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Handle basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal Schedule & Flexibility Choose your own days and hours Accept as many or as few jobs as you want No minimum hour requirement Ability to work part-time, full-time, or occasionally Compensation Paid per cleaning (rate discussed upon onboarding) Opportunity to increase earnings based on availability and performance Keep flexibility to grow your workload at your own pace Bonuses available Requirements Must be dependable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check (if applicable) Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies Must operate as an independent contractor (1099) Contractor Expectations This is not an employee position; contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and expenses Contractors have control over their schedule and job acceptance Maintain professional conduct when representing the company Why This Opportunity?
