This also includes new construction cleaning. Experience is preferred but the right person to fit into our business culture is more important. I am looking for professional candidates with the following qualifications

• enjoy cleaning
• friendly/people person
• energetic
• reliable
• honest/trustworthy
• physically be able to move/clean at a steady fast pace for hours at a time
• able to be on feet for hours at a time
• professional appearance. No unnatural colored hair.
• able to wash floors on hands and knees as needed
• drivers license with reliable good condition transportation

• ATTENTION TO

  DETAIL and able to follow directions given the first time
• high school diploma
• background check/ drug test (clear) Part-Time 2-4 days a week 2-8 hours a day Shifts usually last 2-4 hours each home with possibly two homes a day(depending on size of the home) . No weekends (unless needed occasionally for new construction) We can be reasonably be flexible with vacation plans and other days/times needed off. We do not tolerate
• During training , shifts and hours may vary.

Once you are properly trained and we feel you are ready you will be put on a mostly consistent schedule. We mostly work in teams of two or more but need to feel comfortable cleaning alone if needed.
