Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to uphold a polished appearance throughout the property Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety compliance Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by participating in deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care is advantageous Experience working in hospitality environments demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional guest service Strong custodial or custodial management background helps ensure efficient workflow and team coordination Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering impeccable cleanliness with energy, precision, and a positive attitude.
