Responsibilities Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas with precision and care. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a spotless environment. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products efficiently. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Experience with industrial cleaning methods and custodial management is a plus. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
