Job Summary Join our vibrant assisted living community as a Part-Time Apartment Turnover Technician! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing apartments for new residents by painting, thouroughly cleaning and prepping the apartment for the new move in. Your efforts will ensure each apartment is spotless, welcoming, and move-in ready, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Carry out light maintenance and repairs, including wall touch-up, painting and minor fixes to uphold apartment quality. Perform detailed cleaning of apartments, including carpets, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards. Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal to maintain a pristine environment. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as organizing supplies and ensuring safety protocols are followed during turnover processes. Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete apartment turnovers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
