Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all residential or hotel areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Manage custodial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and operational Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members (if applicable) Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards required Experience with laundry operations and carpet cleaning techniques highly desirable Background in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus but not mandatory Previous roles involving hotel experience or housekeeper management will be considered an asset Join us to create inviting spaces that leave lasting impressions!
