Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential or commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' environments are safe, clean, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate sanitation methods Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining professional conduct at all times Follow established procedures for sanitation and safety to prevent contamination or accidents Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on thoroughness and quality of work Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic skills in laundry handling and general janitorial tasks Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills contribute directly to client satisfaction.
