Professional House Cleaner / Residential Cleaner (1099 Contractor) Job Description Are you an experienced cleaner looking for great pay, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team environment? Clean Crew is expanding, and we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Professional House Cleaners to join us as Independent Contractors (1099). What We Are Looking For:
Experience Preferred:
If you already know the ins and outs of residential cleaning, you'll hit the ground running. Willing to
Train:
Don't have professional experience but have an incredible eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn? We can train the right person!
Reliability:
You take pride in showing up on time and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Independence:
Ability to manage your time efficiently and work autonomously or with a partner.
Requirements:
Must have your own reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must have your own smartphone for schedule tracking and communication. Must pass a standard background check. Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment (or be willing to acquire them).
