Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, corridors, and service spaces with attention to detail and efficiency Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support operational needs Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and property upkeep Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate equipment and environmentally friendly products Restock amenities like toiletries, beverages, and other guest essentials to enhance the guest experience Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards while performing daily duties with enthusiasm and professionalism Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is a plus! Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and industrial cleaning methods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout shifts Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies used in housekeeping management Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles that demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to memorable guest experiences.
