$17.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

25% rent discount for onsite living Su mmary: Silver Elm Estates is in need of a professional housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our 105-unit Independent Living community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition.

Paid Holidays Responsibilities:

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:
