In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel, ensuring each guest experiences a spotless, inviting space. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance across all surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed Support housekeeping management in inventory control and ordering supplies to ensure operational efficiency Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments, including industrial cleaning methods Knowledge of floor care procedures such as polishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning Experience in janitorial or custodial work demonstrating attention to detail and consistency Background in hospitality or hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service is essential Housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory or team lead roles Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards that make every guest's stay memorable!
