Responsibilities Perform routine and deep cleaning of a private residence, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and high-touch surfaces Maintain overall cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the home to a consistently high standard Manage household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing when needed, and organizing closets and storage spaces Assist with household organization projects such as pantries, cabinets, playrooms, linen closets, and general decluttering Identify and communicate restocking needs for cleaning supplies and household essentials Prepare properties for showings, move-ins, move-outs, and final walkthroughs by ensuring homes are clean, polished, and presentation-ready Complete post-construction and post-renovation cleaning for new builds and remodeled homes Perform turnover cleaning for rental properties between tenants, including detailed kitchen and bathroom sanitation Clean windows, baseboards, appliances, fixtures, floors, and other detail-oriented areas as needed Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently across multiple properties and projects Maintain professionalism, discretion, and reliability while working in occupied homes and active project sites
