Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will help ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment every time they stay with us. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness in storage closets and supply areas for efficiency Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats.
