Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service to guests during interactions. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
