Job description Housekeeper We are currently hiring for a part time housekeeper to join our team. We are a company with a proven track record of promoting from within. Job Description:
Maintain and clean guest rooms, giving the guest a good first and last impression of the hotel. Work as part of a team to ensure guest rooms and hotel are cleaned in a timely manner. Help create a friendly environment for the guest. Conduct work in a manner that is safe for you, fellow employees, and guests.Job Duties:
- Thoroughly clean all assigned rooms
- Continually communicate status of cleaned rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor
- Report any "lost and found" items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance and repair needs
- Assist guests with questions or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including light grounds keeping
- Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to clean 15+ rooms a day in the allotted time
- Must be able to pass room inspections
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and wipe during entire shift
- Must be available to work any day of the week including weekends
