Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking, driven and energetic individual that enjoys cleaning to join our team. This role focuses on intensive, detailed cleaning beyond standard maintenance to ensure homes are spotless, sanitized, and refreshed. Deep cleaning may include hard-to-reach areas, behind appliances, baseboards, and more, depending on each client's specific needs. Professional cleaning experience is not required, we offer paid training for new cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning of residential spaces, including: Scrubbing walls, baseboards, doors, and window sills Cleaning behind and under furniture and appliances Removing built-up grime in kitchens and bathrooms Washing interior windows and light fixtures Disinfecting high-touch surfaces Deep clean carpets, tiles, and grout where applicable Clean and polish floors, countertops, and stainless steel surfaces Use specialized cleaning products and tools as needed Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when handling chemicals Follow client-specific instructions and ensure high customer satisfaction Report any maintenance issues, damage, or areas needing special attention

Required Skills:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Must be trustworthy, punctual, and respectful of client property

Preferred Skills:

Experience with deep or professional cleaning Strong attention to detail and ability to clean thoroughly Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and proper ventilation Experience with move-in/move-out cleanings or deep cleanings
