Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a polished appearance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, fostering trust and satisfaction. Handle sanitation tasks diligently, ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations through proper cleaning protocols. Execute janitorial and custodial responsibilities across residential or commercial environments with precision. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including custodial or janitorial roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality environments is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products used in both residential and commercial settings.
