As a contractor with Jade Cleaning, you will be responsible for ensuring that each home you clean is left sparkling and organized. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, from dusting and vacuuming to deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. We value attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. We are looking for dedicated and professional housekeepers who have previous residential cleaning experience. Duties:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas. Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and other amenities as needed. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Organize and tidy up rooms, ensuring a neat and orderly appearance. Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the homeowner or supervisor. Follow specific cleaning instructions and requests from clients. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service. •

Requirements:

Must currently be a housekeeper or have been a housekeeper in a residential setting in the past; resumes that do not meet this criterion will be overlooked. Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, bend, and move around for extended periods. Must be able to provide references from previous housekeeping roles. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role with positive references. Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Good problem-solving skills to address any cleaning challenges. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules. Ability to follow specific instructions and requests from clients. Having an LLC (Limited Liability Company). Having insurance coverage.
