The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and other work areas Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Dusting furniture and shelves Emptying trash cans Reporting safety hazards to the manager Replacing bedding and making beds Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness in a prompt and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Uphold safety standards by ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, custodial responsibilities, and floor care practices. Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
