Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of hospitality principles. Duties Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained. Execute various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and towels. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, buffing, and waxing as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Skills Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Experience in industrial cleaning techniques and custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations. Proficiency in floor care methods including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
