Housekeeping Specialist

Multiporpoise Management is looking for a Housekeeping Professional. We're a growing company looking for employees who want to be paid for getting good online reviews from our guests after a clean. A lot of job advertisements spell out meaningless platitudes about teamwork and that they are searching for detail-oriented self-starters. We just pay you for impressing our customers. And we put it in writing. We're offering the job at $17.50 per hour. With a Summer wage increase to $20.00 per hour between 6/1/26 and 10/31/26 . We also have a very easily attainable bonus program that could pay an extra $100, or even $200 per month. Not enough? How about employer health insurance contributions for all employees who meet the low minimum threshold of 17 hours per week? Still not enough? Benefits include a 70/30 employer/employee split on health insurance (with vision included), plus sick pay and vacation pay. Your availability must be flexible. Typical days would include a start time of 10:30 a.m., working until all cleans are complete. Weekend availability is a must. Finally, we are a locally owned family company with a real commitment to the whole picture. We pay our staff well, and meet together in the mornings to plan out the day.
