Vacation Rental Housekeeper

Oregonized Vacation Rental Services is looking for a number of motivated, high quality candidates to join our established, long running (over 12 years) Vacation Rental Housekeeping Team. This is a permanent, but part time position. Our coverage area ranges from Lincoln City to North of Neskowin and East of Otis, so reliable transportation is preferred for this position.

NOTE:

While our coverage area has a wide range, the vast majority of our worksites are in Lincoln City. As such, this is where the majority of your work will be. Please keep this in mind if you live farther south than Newport or farther north than Pacific City. You will be expected to find your way to your assigned worksite, on time, with all of the tools required to perform your duties (all required tools can be provided to you). A cell phone is required for this position. You must be willing to use WhatsApp Messenger to communicate. Phone must be capable of taking photographs. You will be expected to clean and stage Vacation Rental properties between guests. Your schedule needs to be flexible (Sundays are often busy). Our general work hours range from 11AM to 4PM, but can vary. Pets and Children are NOT permitted on our worksites. The ability to work both on your own and occasionally as part of a team is expected. Wages for this position begin with a $18 an hour 'working interview' (average time for working interview is 4 hours). After your 'working interview', your starting wage will be determined based upon your job performance (minimum is $18 an hour). Prior Housekeeping experience is beneficial, but not required. We are willing to train. Please be aware that you will have to pass a drug test to be eligible for this position. (We have a zero tolerance policy for illegal drugs)
