Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including bartending, coffee service, banquet and catering events, and food production.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, coffee preparation, banquet operations, catering services, and food production processes.
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for inventory management and point-of-sale operations.
