Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and spotless environment for guests by performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help foster a comfortable, hygienic space that guests will appreciate and enjoy. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive experience through meticulous cleaning and exceptional service. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care to ensure a pristine environment. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies consistently to maintain compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial procedures. Previous hotel experience or experience in hospitality settings is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
