What We Are Looking For :
We are looking to hire outstanding cleaners to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and courteous person with a keen eye for detail and good communication skills. No cleaning experience necessary. We are BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ friendly. Why You Want to Work for
Us:
We care about our employees and have a culture of kindness and respect We provide a thorough training process that pays $17/hr We pay a starting wage of $18/hr (after 1 week of the paid training mentioned above) with raises for everyone every 6 months We provide a supplemental travel stipend We are a W-4 employment position with sick pay We offer a Full-Time Position with medical and dental benefits which includes paid time off and holiday pay We operate M-F 8:15am-5pm- no nights or weekends required! Flexible schedule and set days off We supply all the equipment and cleaning supplies We only use natural cleaning products- no toxic chemicals!
Requirements:
Your own reliable transportation A valid driver's license and car insurance A smartphone Ability to follow instructions independently Ability to work well alone and with others Detail oriented
