This is an independent contractor position offering consistent cleaning opportunities throughout the week (Sunday through Thursday) . Contractors have the flexibility to accept jobs that fit their schedule while working with a growing, professional cleaning company. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this role is ideal for motivated individuals ready to make a difference every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, kitchens, restrooms, windows, and common spaces Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while following safety guidelines Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials Follow established cleaning systems to ensure consistent quality Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Maintain clear notes/logs of completed work for quality control Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed Requirements Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Good time management and ability to complete jobs within agreed timeframes Clear communication and reliability Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (training provided) Ability to follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning products Work Structure Cleaning opportunities are available Sunday through Thursday Contractors choose which jobs to accept based on their availability Work is job-based , not hourly shifts Consistent volume available for reliable, high-performing contractors What We're Looking For Individuals who take pride in delivering 5-star results Self-motivated workers who can follow systems and work independently Positive attitude and professional demeanor with clients Dependable contractors who show up and perform consistently Opportunity This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work, flexibility, and the ability to grow with a professional cleaning company .
