Job Description

Job Overview Home Care Manager | Lead a Team That Delivers Luxury Standards with Hometown Heart MAC Home Services is seeking an organized, detail-oriented leader to oversee our housekeeping operations and help create exceptional experiences for homeowners throughout Central Oregon. This is more than a cleaning position—it's an opportunity to lead a team, build client relationships, maintain high standards, and help homeowners feel cared for and confident in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and deep residential cleaning services to MAC Home Services standards Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain all areas of clients' homes Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and other designated areas Identify and communicate maintenance concerns or unusual findings within homes Ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and company property are properly maintained Deliver a professional, friendly, and trustworthy experience for every client Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures Work independently while maintaining strong communication with management and team members Assist with training and supporting housekeeping team members as the department grows Help uphold our commitment to
Luxury Standards, Hometown Heart Basic Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check (Case by case potential) Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and checklists Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards Authorized to work in the
United States Preferred Qualifications:
Previous residential housekeeping or cleaning experience Experience leading, training, or mentoring team members Experience working in luxury homes or hospitality environments Strong organizational and time-management skills
Pay:
Up to $30.00 per hour
