Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping and mopping Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff Handle special cleaning tasks including industrial cleaning or deep sanitation procedures as needed Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any damages or malfunctions Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is advantageous but not mandatory Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety standards This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while developing valuable skills within the hospitality industry.
