Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, and housekeeping management. A strong background in hospitality and floor care is preferred, particularly in hotel settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow established procedures for the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards and guest expectations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning or floor care tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Requirements Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
