Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain high sanitation standards by regularly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance. Manage kitchen duties including basic cooking tasks when required, and ensuring proper food safety practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests requests promptly and professionally. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment. Skills Proven experience in hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods for deep cleaning carpets and upholstery.
