Full Job Description Job Description:

Join our housekeeping team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel meet the highest standards. Candidate must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities. Vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces to maintain a tidy environment. Restock supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning products. Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills. Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Mobility:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.

Lifting:

Able to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads, such as linens and cleaning supplies.

Pushing and Pulling:

Ability to push/pull carts loaded with linens and supplies.

Reaching and Stretching:

Capable of cleaning high and low areas, including ceilings, fixtures, and baseboards.

Manual Dexterity:

Skilled in using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and dusters.

Stamina:

Endurance to perform repetitive physical tasks, such as making beds and scrubbing surfaces.

Coordination:

Able to safely navigate around furniture and through tight spaces.

Visual Acuity:

Ability to identify stains, spills, and areas needing cleaning; read labels and instructions.

Sense of Smell:

Detect odors and assess overall cleanliness; identify unusual or hazardous smells.

Resilience:

Comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to dust, chemicals, and allergens, while following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.

Additional Information:
