Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our hotel facilities. Your dedication will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless and inviting atmosphere, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards of cleanliness and hygiene Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities as needed Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for various flooring types using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold safety and quality standards Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks when required Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing various surfaces Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale custodial tasks Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual cleaning tasks throughout shifts Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness!
