Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Conduct floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques to preserve flooring quality. Maintain sanitation standards by properly handling waste disposal and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and courteously. Support custodial operations by replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in excellent condition. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts for larger projects. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, floor care techniques, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, buffers, and disinfectants. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required. Certification or training in cleaning techniques or hospitality services is advantageous. Pay:

$14.05 - $15.50 per hour
