Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our residents and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality settings, ensuring every space is comfortable, hygienic, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, utilizing proper cleaning techniques and products. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests for additional cleaning or amenities. Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as ovens, refrigerators, sinks, and bathroom fixtures through regular upkeep. Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong plus. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and upholstery care. Knowledge of floor care methods such as stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing floors. Hands-on experience with laundry operations and stain removal processes. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with positive communication skills.
