Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our guests. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards
Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities
Clean bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and common spaces
Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
Follow all cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
Organize housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when necessary
Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as needed
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping, hotel, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Team-player mentality with a commitment to guest satisfaction
