Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various areas, ensuring every space is pristine and inviting. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional service will help elevate the overall experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain floor care by sweeping, and mopping to keep surfaces spotless and safe Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, and high-touch areas Conduct regular janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe environment for all Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments highly desirable Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning agents and equipment Experience with housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests or residents Join us to deliver outstanding cleanliness and comfort!
