Housekeeping

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or hotel environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for residents or guests. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented. Conduct floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and polishing floors. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. MUST be able to work weekends. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with residents or guests. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
