Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks that create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help uphold the reputation of our property and enhance the experience of everyone who enters. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to preserve their appearance and longevity Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure all areas are well-equipped at all times Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Follow health and safety protocols by properly handling cleaning chemicals and maintaining sanitation standards in all areas Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal prep when required, ensuring dietary needs are met in a timely manner Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing effectively Experience in laundry management with attention to detail for stain removal and fabric care Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeper management practices is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high-quality standards Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that make a positive impact every day!
