Housekeeping-Room Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotel guest rooms. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitary environment for our guests or residents.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Change linens and make beds
• Restock supplies in designated areas
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping preferred
• Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping basic principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with guests or residents
