You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's public spaces and supporting our room attendants to ensure every guest has a comfortable and welcoming stay. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. Support the housekeeping team by delivering clean linens and supplies to guest floors. Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts. Promptly respond to guest requests for items such as extra towels, cribs, or toiletries. Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture for meetings and special events. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repair needs to management.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Experience:

6-12 months of cleaning or hospitality experience is desired, but we are willing to train entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 30-50 pounds comfortably and push/pull heavy linen carts.

Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Flexibility:

Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, "guest-first" attitude. Attention to
