Bear in mind, our hotel is exterior corridor, and as such, you must be able and willing to work in the elements, including rain and snow! But don't worry - you'll get your steps in! What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, dust surfaces, sweep and mop flooring, and sanitize bathrooms with precision and care. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to enhance guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient cleaning schedules and workflows. Uphold health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding positively to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness. Basic qualifications Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting. Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
