Join the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Erie team as a Seasonal Housekeeper! Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and common areas. Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure guest wellbeing. Assist with laundry duties as needed to support hotel operations. Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally. Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
