Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment. Perform floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to guarantee guest needs are met promptly. Handle waste disposal efficiently while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or damages to management immediately. Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with deep cleaning projects, including industrial cleaning tasks when needed, to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and janitorial supplies is essential. Experience with hospitality environments or industrial cleaning practices will be advantageous. Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings is important.
