Overview Join our dynamic team as a Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences the highest standards of hospitality. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to meet guest needs. Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and corridors to uphold overall hotel standards. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety. Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to create a safe environment for yourself and guests. Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to sanitation and hygiene practices. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled intervals or as needed. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods.
